“Azerbaijan.travel” platform to be further developed

The “Azerbaijan.travel” digital tourism platform will be further developed in 2026–2030, as outlined in the State Program for the Development of Tourism in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026–2030.

According to the State Program, the initiative will be implemented by Azerbaijan’s State Tourism Agency and the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

The first phase will assess the platform’s current state, while a new development concept and functional requirements aligned with the country’s digital development strategy will be developed.

During the second phase, the platform will be rebuilt based on an updated design and technological infrastructure. It will also include the integration of multilingual digital services, interactive maps, and features for reservations and tourist information.

The State Program aims to establish a unified national digital tourism platform and expand opportunities for tourists to access information, plan trips, and use tourism services.
