Russian senator: Negotiations with U.S. and Ukraine could be held in Azerbaijan

Russia considers it possible to hold negotiations with the U.S. and Ukraine in Azerbaijan, provided that the security of all participants in the meeting is ensured.
AZERTAC, citing Russian media, reports that according to Vladimir Dzhabarov, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs, Azerbaijan is an acceptable venue for trilateral talks given the current state of Russia-Azerbaijan relations.
The senator added that the primary condition is ensuring the security of all participants in the negotiation process in the host country.
Earlier, on April 25, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy declared his readiness to hold negotiations with Russia and the U.S. on Azerbaijani territory.
