Expert: Middle Corridor opens up new opportunities for transport cooperation between Azerbaijan and China

The development of the Middle Corridor creates new prospects for deepening transport and logistics cooperation between Azerbaijan and China, Chinese logistics expert Wangxu Dong said in the latest episode of the "Azerbaijan and the World" program broadcast on the AZERTAC website.

According to him, the railways of China, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Georgia have already established a joint venture, the "Middle Corridor," aimed at expanding the route's infrastructure capabilities and accelerating the digitalization of logistics.

The expert noted that Azerbaijan, as a key participant in the project, will benefit significantly from the further development of transport infrastructure and the growth of transit flows. He estimates that the digitalization of logistics processes and increased transportation efficiency will make the route more competitive and in demand across Eurasia.
