In Baku foreign diplomats were informed about Azerbaijan's tourism opportunities

On June 5, a destination presentation event of our country was held for representatives of the diplomatic corps of foreign countries accredited in Azerbaijan under the organization of the State Tourism Agency.

Employees of more than 60 diplomatic missions and international organizations operating in Azerbaijan, ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary, attachés and secretaries took part in the event, which was organized in order to raise awareness about Azerbaijan's tourism opportunities. Speaking at the presentation event, the head of the Office of the State Tourism Agency, Kanan Gasimov, emphasized the importance of the event in terms of sharing tourism experiences and activities of Azerbaijan. At the event, propaganda videos reflecting Azerbaijan's tourism potential were shown, and Javanshir Bayramov, deputy chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Tourism Bureau, made a presentation. In the presentation, the participants were informed about the basic principles and priorities of the tourism strategy of the Azerbaijan Tourism Bureau, statistical indicators of arrival tourism, events planned in the target markets during the current year, media and marketing activities, the main tourism routes of Azerbaijan, tourism services and products, initiatives aimed at the development of the tourism industry, and other topics. was informed.
