Azerbaijan showcases its products at DSA 2026 exhibition in Malaysia

The 19th edition of the Defense Services Asia (DSA 2026) exhibition has commenced at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur.

The Azerbaijani delegation is led by Deputy Minister of Defense Industry Mehman Bakhishov.

The Azerbaijani stand features 72 defense industry products manufactured by Azersilah Defense Industry Holding CJSC, along with products from USH Group, Synapline, Q-STP, 6L Systems, and RD Smart.

Running until April 23, the exhibition is jointly organized by the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Malaysia, bringing together over 600 delegations from 50 countries, as well as 1,400 companies.

On the sidelines of the event, Deputy Minister Mehman Bakhishov held bilateral meetings with Deputy Minister of National Defense of Türkiye Musa Heybet, Deputy Minister of Defense of Malaysia Adly bin Zahari, and Aaron Beng, Chief of Defense Force of the Singapore Armed Forces.

During the meetings, the sides praised the current state of relations between Azerbaijan and the respective countries and stressed the importance of further strengthening bilateral ties.

The officials also highlighted the importance of exchanging experience in the defense industry and discussed other issues of mutual interest.
