Turkish President meets with OTS countries foreign ministers

President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received the foreign ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) member countries, who are in Istanbul to participate in the informal ministerial council meeting.

In addition to Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, the foreign ministers of the respective countries also attended the meeting.

The Istanbul meeting chaired by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, included participation of representatives from Türkiye, current chair Azerbaijan, member countries Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.

The meeting discusses recent developments within the organization and upcoming initiatives, along with extensive consultations on current global and regional topics.

As part of the event, the ministers are also holding bilateral meetings.
