"All-Russian Society of Inventors and Rationalizers" (VOIR) at a New Stage

June 20, 2026 The constituent congress of the All-Russian Public-State Organization "All-Russian Society of Inventors and Rationalizers" (VOIR) was held at the "Russia" National Center in Moscow. More than 250 delegates representing the inventing community from 70 regions of the country took part in its work.
Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a welcoming address to the congress participants.
Among the tasks of VOIR, the need to organize local work with young talents was highlighted, as well as integrating the organization's activities into educational programs at all levels—schools, colleges, and universities. Additionally, it noted the need to develop a program to incentivize the activities and recognition of young scientists and inventors. These should primarily be students of advanced engineering schools, teams of youth laboratories, design bureaus, and "Professionalitet" clusters. Another important task is the rapid implementation of developments at industrial enterprises.
