Tourism Potential of Lankaran Showcased to a Broad Audience

On September 9, a media tour to the city of Lankaran was organized for local media representatives by the State Tourism Agency.
The primary objective of the media tour was to showcase Lankaran’s diverse tourism potential, its natural and cultural heritage, local tourism products, and hospitality traditions. It also aimed to introduce prominent tourist destinations to a wider audience and promote travel to the region.
During the visit, media representatives toured the Lankaran Museum of History and Local Lore, located in the historical mansion of Mir Ahmad Khan, where they were briefed on the city's rich historical and cultural legacy.
The itinerary continued with visits to Hirkan National Park and Lake Khanbulan, highlighting Lankaran’s eco-tourism resources. Additionally, the program featured a presentation on tea cultivation and production, as well as an informative session at the Beekeeping Museum focusing on the integration and benefits of apitherapy.
Throughout the tour, all inquiries from the media representatives were thoroughly addressed.
